You must submit official score reports confirming English language proficiency directly from the exam administrators. For AUA application purposes, the English proficiency test scores are valid only if your test date was less than two years before the application submission date. To ensure that official test scores are sent to AUA directly from the testing services, use AUA’s institution codes as noted below:

SAT – 7257ACT – 6982Math Waiver for Transfer ApplicantsIf you have taken college or university level math courses, you may be eligible for a math proficiency waiver. To confirm whether we will waive your math proficiency requirement, please submit an Application for Waivers at apply.aua.am and attach a scan of your university transcript that shows all math courses you have taken along with the course descriptions and syllabi.In general, applicants with the following scores are eligible to apply for a Math waiver:
- AP Calculus AB: 5/5
- AP Calculus BC: 4/5
- IB Math AA HL: 5/7
- A Level Mathematics: B / A*

Entrance Exam(s) Waiver for Olympiad WinnersUndergraduate applicants can be waived from AUA Entrance Exam(s) if they satisfy the conditions defined in point 7 of the N451 decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (April 12, 2018), or if they are individual prize winners of international Olympiads of Zhautykov, Mendeleev, Metropolises, and Applied Biology, provided they can apply to AUA within three years after receiving the award.

Submit proof of high school graduation or equivalent as soon as it is available. For our applicants in Armenia, this is typically the attestat. Others include:
- High school diploma*
- IB diploma
- AB diploma
- GCSEs (8 subjects passed with grades of C or higher)
- A-levels (3 A level exams with a result of C or higher)
- GED (the overall score of 660 with a minimum of 145 on each section)
*If you are a graduate or currently studying in a high school or college abroad and interested in applying for AUA undergraduate admission, the Office of Admissions may ask you to contact ArmEnic, National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility, to check if your high school/college diploma is recognized.
Transfer Applicants
Upload scan(s) of your official transcript(s) for all colleges and universities you have attended to the “Attachments” section of your application. Transcript(s) must include all courses you want to transfer to AUA. You must also upload syllabus for each course you would like to transfer. AUA also accepts certain international standardized exams for transfer credit. Visit our transfer policy for more information.
