Student Residence Hall in Dzoragyugh - AUA opened the doors of its newly built Student Residence on August 1, 2021. The residence is located in the Dzoragyugh district of Yerevan, a 25-minute walk from the University, and overlooks the Hrazdan gorge and river. The four-story building houses up to 56 students from Armenia's regions and abroad. 

The building has 28 double-occupancy rooms. Each room contains a heating and cooling unit, refrigerator, and private bathroom. Ramps, an elevator, and large bathrooms on the first floor ensure that students with disabilities can easily navigate the building. The facility is equipped with wireless internet access, laundry machines, and private and communal balconies. Designated spaces for professional activities and social gatherings provide a well-rounded experience, with a lounge area, kitchen, and study room on the ground floor. The preliminary monthly costs are as follows:

* If there is no space in AUA's Student Residence Hall, we will support you in securing off-campus housing near AUA. Note, however, the ultimate cost depends on your preference and usually does not include utilities and internet. 

Additional Information - The fees listed above also include the cost of high-speed internet, utilities, and all applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change. Students who sign a contract to stay in the Residence must pay a deposit fee equal to one-month rent prior to moving in. 

Priority consideration is given to international and non-Yerevan-based students. Enrolled students who request housing must complete the Student Residence Application Form for review and approval. Students who are confirmed for housing will then need to sign a Service Contract prior to moving in.
